JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual and quarterly revenue targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales plans.
• Forecast sales volumes and prepare business plans for residential projects.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the residential sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs.
• Drive lead generation initiatives through channel partners, brokers, and digital platforms.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, influencers, and external partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Ensure superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Oversee customer queries, negotiations, site visits, and closure of deals.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
• Manage end-to-end sales for assigned residential projects.
• Work closely with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams for smooth sales operations.
• Ensure accurate project presentations, price sheets, inventory management, and documentation.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance, projections, and market insights.
• Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and RERA requirements.
• Monitor collections and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
