General Manger

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Vishakhapatnam. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Duties also include financial management, reporting, inventory control, and liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure high-quality service and products. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Ashwaq Agro and Dairy Farm.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in operations management and strategy development
• Excellent financial management and reporting skills
• Proficiency in inventory control and supply chain management
• Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and decisively
• Experience in the agro or dairy industry is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Agriculture, or related field
