Job Title: Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Email, WhatsApp Marketing).

Organize offline marketing activities such as property exhibitions, events, roadshows, and outdoor advertising.

Create and manage marketing content – brochures, flyers, videos, and online creatives.

Coordinate with third-party agencies, vendors, and designers for marketing collateral.

Manage social media presence and engage with prospects effectively.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and optimize for better results.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support conversions.

Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

• Any qualification required / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing (Real Estate industry preferred).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
