General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, highly experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our 4 Star Boutique hotel and its F&B Outlets. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience.
• Lead and mentor all department heads across Rooms division, F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping & Support functions.
• Ensure smooth functioning and profitability of all F&B Outlets.
• Drive revenue, cost control & Operational excellence
• Maintain service standards, guest satisfaction scores & brand reputation.
• Implement SOPs & compliance standards across departments
• Manage budgets, forecasting, MIS, & Vendor co-ordination.
• Support sales & marketing efforts to grow business.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry as a General or Operations Manager
• Strong leadership, operational expertise & decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
• Proven track record in F&B Driven properties.
• Ability to manage multi-outlet F&B Operations efficiently.
• Language: Proficiency in Kannada, English & Hindi ; additional languages are a bonus..
