Your role in detail:

Operations Management :

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient
• functioning.
• Ensure that all hotel standards and service levels are met.
• Manage and optimize room occupancy, housekeeping, front desk, and other
• departments.

Sales and Revenue Generation :

• Develop strategies to increase room sales and overall occupancy.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet
• revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities for new business, market trends, and expansion.

Client and Corporate Relations :

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to secure long-term contracts
• and repeat business.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain corporate partnerships and
• group bookings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring their
• satisfaction.

Team Leadership :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate hotel staff across all departments, fostering a
• collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and team development programs.
• Ensure all team members are aligned with the hotel's goals and standards.

Budget and Financial Management :

• Manage the hotels financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and
• expense control.
• Ensure profitability and cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
• Review and analyze financial reports, making recommendations to improve
• performance.

Guest Experience :

• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by addressing guest feedback and
• complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor online reviews and implement strategies to improve guest ratings.

Compliance and Safety :

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, labor
• laws, and hospitality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety and security procedures for both guests and staff.
