General Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Sales Manager / General Manager – Sales to lead our sales operations across Rajkot and Saurashtra region. This is a hardcore FMCG field role involving daily coordination with the sales team, handling client meetings, field visits, and overseeing backend operations like CRM, documentation, and billing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive sales for billing machines and token systems in the Saurashtra region.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 8–10 field sales executives.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

4. Operations & Coordination

• Ensure timely documentation, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

5. Market Intelligence

• Keep a close eye on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Experience: 3–8 years in hardcore field sales, preferably in FMCG, B2B electronics, or similar product lines.
• Proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, documentation, and invoicing.
• Familiarity with Rajkot and Saurashtra market is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field supervision.
• Basic tech knowledge (e.g., understanding of billing machines, electronic systems) is a plus.
• Gujarati speaking is preferred for regional engagement.
