As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Marketing to lead our business development, tendering, and client acquisition efforts across diverse project segments in Delhi/NCR.

Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic, result-driven professional with strong expertise in civil construction marketing and business development. The General Manager – Marketing will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing tender processes, developing key client relationships, and driving the company’s presence in industrial, residential, and commercial infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies across industrial, residential, and commercial projects

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both government and private sectors

· Lead the tendering process from pre-qualification to bid submission and negotiation

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and PMCs

· Track and monitor project portals for tenders, RFPs, and upcoming opportunities

· Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, budgeting, and execution planning

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms

· Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure strong business positioning

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Marketing (MBA preferred)

· 10–15 years of experience in business development, marketing, and tendering within the civil construction sector

· Proven track record in handling industrial factories, residential complexes, and commercial projects

· Strong industry network in Delhi/NCR construction and infrastructure market

· Demonstrated success in securing large-scale projects through tendering and negotiations

· Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
