Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Taxation & Banking to lead our team in Lehry Instrumentation and Valves PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and banking, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.
Manage and oversee the company's banking relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
Lead and manage a team of taxation professionals, providing guidance and training as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tax and banking operations.
Stay up-to-date with changes in taxation laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and takes advantage of new opportunities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of taxation laws and regulations, including corporate and individual taxation.
Experience in banking operations, including cash management and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
