Job Description

Senior Manager Taxation

Key Responsibilities :

Preparation and filing of tax returns
Tax accounting and review of tax provisions
Analysis of financial statements and group company transactions
Ledger scrutiny and trial balance analysis
Reconciliation of tax accounts and tax credits
Documentation and maintenance of tax records
Calculation of tax liability and payments
Ensuring books of accounts are updated and reconciled with statutory returns
Handling tax officer queries, audits, and assessments
Supporting statutory and tax audits
Identifying and mitigating key risks
Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
Collaborating with partners to implement critical decisions

Experience & Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant with
11–13 years of post-qualification experience
in corporate taxation
Strong practical experience in tax compliance and accounting
Exposure to international taxation preferred

Skills Required :

Strong collaboration and team management skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SAP
