Now, we're looking for a Creative Operations Manager who can lead from the front, organize our creative chaos, and keep the spotlight shining bright.

Role Overview

As the Creative Operations Manager, you'll serve as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and the leadership. You will be responsible for project execution, workflow management, client communication, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand briefs clearly and translate them into actionable tasks
• Ensure timely feedback collection and maintain strong client relationships
• Team Coordination & Workflow Management
• Assign tasks to designers, editors, and content creators
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
• Organize internal meetings, brainstorms, and creative reviews
• Project Supervision & Quality Control
• Review final outputs for quality, brand alignment, and client expectations
• Track revisions, status updates, and ensure version control
• Solve execution bottlenecks with agility and creativity
• Reporting & Strategic Input
• Provide regular status updates to the founder and stakeholders
• Suggest improvements to workflow and team structure
• Contribute ideas to elevate brand content and performance

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a creative or marketing agency environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Trello (or similar PM tools)
• Understanding of social media trends, reels, brand campaigns, and visual content
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills

Bonus if you have:

• Background in design, marketing, or video production
• Experience handling multiple brands and campaign calendars
• A good sense of visual quality and storytelling
