Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to head our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sales leadership within the real estate, insurance, or banking sectors, with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in sales within the Real Estate, Insurance, or Banking sectors.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build high-performance teams and foster a results-oriented culture.
• Excellent understanding of market trends and customer behavior in the relevant sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
