Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Dealer Sales Executive to generate leads, manage retail sales, and build strong customer relationships at the village level. The ideal candidate is field-ready, target-focused, and passionate about serving farmers. Key Responsibilities: Generate daily leads by visiting villages and interacting with farmers. Promote tractor sales through demos, exchange offers, and finance tie-ups. Engage with farmers owning both our brand and competitor brands. Collect referrals and build a farmer contact database. Manage end-to-end retail sales process: enquiry to delivery. Coordinate with service and finance teams for smoother conversions. Execute local marketing activities (field demos, van campaigns, farmer meets). Maintain sales reporting and update CRM/app-based tracking tools. Meet monthly retail targets and conversion goals.
