Role Summary:

Dealer Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily leads by visiting villages and interacting with farmers.
• Promote tractor sales through demos, exchange offers, and finance tie-ups.
• Engage with farmers owning both our brand and competitor brands.
• Collect referrals and build a farmer contact database.
• Manage end-to-end retail sales process: enquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate with service and finance teams for smoother conversions.
• Execute local marketing activities (field demos, van campaigns, farmer meets).
• Maintain sales reporting and update CRM/app-based tracking tools.
• Meet monthly retail targets and conversion goals.

Key Skills Required:

• Channel Sales / Dealer Sales
• Lead Generation & Conversion
• CRM / Retail Process Management
• Local Market Understanding
• Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Two-wheeler with Valid Driving License
• Basic Mobile App/Data Usage
• Familiarity with Agri Equipment (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 03 years of field sales experience (tractor/agri/auto industry preferred)
• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Agri background a plus)
• Willing to travel across assigned villages daily
