Key Responsibilities: 1) Identify and engage with potential dealers to expand distribution network. 2) Conduct regular visits to dealer locations for shade card and product sample selection and support. 3) Report daily activities, feedback, and progress to the marketing team for performance tracking and strategic planning. 4) Visit potential clients to assist with product selection and provide technical guidance. 5) Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of orders and installations. 6) Conduct regular follow-up meetings and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, to ensure continued business and support. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in channel sales management or related field (dealer development, dealer management).
