Engage with walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their needs.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and finance options for all TVS two-wheelers.
Conduct product demos and facilitate test rides.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.
Ensure timely completion of all documentation and coordinate with the finance and registration departments.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the dealership.
Participate in local marketing activities like roadshows, camps, and promotional events.
