General Manager Sales

JOB Description

We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth in the industrial real estate sector. The role involves leading sales strategy for industrial parks, warehouses, plots, and commercial assets, developing strong client and channel relationships, and achieving ambitious sales and leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement sales strategies for industrial real estate projects (land, warehouses, factory spaces, industrial plots).

* Generate new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, institutional clients, logistics firms, and manufacturing companies.

* Lead a sales team and channel partner network to maximize project sales/leasing.

* Build relationships with HNIs, investors, consultants, and brokers specializing in industrial real estate.

* Coordinate with project, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth deal closures and client satisfaction.

* Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations on pricing and positioning.

* Represent the organization in client presentations, industry expos, and corporate meetings.

* Deliver sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Key Requirements

* Graduate/MBA with 10–15 years of proven experience in industrial real estate sales.

* Strong network with corporates, investors, channel partners, and industrial brokers.

* Expertise in land/industrial asset sales, warehousing, and leasing transactions.

* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

* Strong understanding of industrial real estate laws, compliance, and market dynamics.
