General Manager Sales

Join our leadership team! We are seeking a General Manager - Sales to oversee the sales department at our Toyota dealership. As the General Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles. Your leadership will be crucial in motivating the sales team to provide exceptional customer service, surpass sales objectives, and cultivate lasting customer relationships. In this role, you will also be tasked with managing inventory, setting pricing strategies for optimal sales performance, monitoring the department budget, and implementing cost control measures. Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions will be essential in driving sales growth. Ensuring adherence to dealership policies, Toyota standards, and legal regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. You should have at least 8 years of experience in automotive sales management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills are essential for success in this role. A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, along with knowledge of dealership operations and automotive products, will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift schedule. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Jodhpur, Rajasthan. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.,
