General Manager Sales

Join our leadership team! We're looking for a General Manager - Sales to lead the sales department of our Toyota dealership! Key Responsibilities : ✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for new and pre-owned vehicles. ✅ Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and exceed sales goals. ✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. ✅ Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies for optimal sales performance. ✅ Manage the sales department budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures. ✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions. ✅ Ensure compliance with dealership policies, Toyota standards, and legal regulations. What We’re Looking For : 1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2. Experience : 8+ years of experience in automotive sales management, with 3+ years in a leadership role. 3. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills. 4. Mindset : Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive products.
