Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company s objectives and market trends.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and manage budgets for the sales department, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet sales goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to synchronize campaigns and product offerings with sales initiatives.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management, providing insights into sales trends and performance analytics.
Recruit, hire, and train sales personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
