Job Description

As the General Manager Projects, your role involves leading the planning and execution of multiple, complex projects. You will define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines while supervising and coordinating all fit-out project management for the Bank and its subsidiaries/SLA entities within the approved budget and quality standards. Your responsibilities include: - Leading project planning and execution, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet project objectives. - Assisting project management consultants in site work kick-off, attending meetings, and providing necessary decisions. - Managing project teams, providing necessary tools, skills, and resources for success, and conducting regular performance reviews. - Developing, monitoring, and managing project budgets, ensuring financial constraints are adhered to, and supporting cost optimization and financial transparency. - Monitoring project risks and issues, resolving them promptly, and reporting regularly to senior management. - Engaging with stakeholders, coordinating with internal and external parties, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely reporting of project performance. - Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines throughout project execution. - Overseeing project completion, coordinating space occupation, and conducting post-project evaluations for continuous improvement. - Encouraging the use of collaboration platforms and relevant business software tools for efficient project management. Qualifications required for this role include a degree in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical or a related field, with 20+ years of project management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Certification in Project Management is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, financial management, and budgetary skills are essential for success in this position. Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will focus on project delivery timeliness, budget adherence, project quality, stakeholder satisfaction, risk mitigation, and team performance & engagement. You will be expected to achieve high targets in these areas to ensure project success.
