Job Description

Lead and manage large-scale high-rise commercial building projects
from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
Overall accountability for project planning, execution, and delivery
while meeting safety, budget, and schedule targets.
Oversee end-to-end project management functions
including procurement, vendor management, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.
Drive project execution using Mivan shuttering technology
to optimize construction timelines and maintain quality.
Develop and implement project strategies and work plans
aligned with organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage project teams
including project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and statutory authorities
for timely approvals, compliance, and smooth project progression.
Monitor project progress and generate detailed reports
on status, risks, and mitigation plans for senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
throughout the project lifecycle.
