General Manager, Plant Management

Role Overview: As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various plant activities including Regulatory Compliance, Quality Control, Strategic Planning, Production Management, Financial Management, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Process Improvement, Customer Relations, Risk Management, and Contingency Planning. Your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards, resolving production bottlenecks and supply chain issues, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations such as USFDA. Developing cost-effective solutions while maintaining product quality and safety standards will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee overall plant activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Address production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, and supply chain issues - Develop cost-effective solutions while upholding product quality and safety standards - Lead and manage plant staff, foster a collaborative work culture, and maintain high employee engagement levels - Comply with occupational health and safety standards, drive initiatives for waste reduction and sustainability - Facilitate transparent communication and alignment of objectives across all departments - Ensure the plant operates efficiently and effectively in line with organizational goals and standards Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) B. Pharm - Required, Master's Degree (MS/MA) M.
