General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to department heads and staff.

2. Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, responding to feedback and complaints.

3. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies.

4. Operations: Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

5. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

6. Marketing: Collaborate with marketing team to promote the resort.

7. Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.

8. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in hospitality management.

2. Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
