GENERAL MANAGER :

General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Manage and mentor department heads and cross-functional teams.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and business networks.

Requirements:

Minimum
10 years of managerial or leadership experience

MBA / Masters Degree
in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Proven track record of managing multi-departmental teams and delivering results.
