Position: General Manager – Commercial Segment

Department: Sales (Pickup & LMM)

Location: [Poddar Mahindra / Guwahati]

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Commercial Vehicle Sales team (SMs, TLs & FSCs)

Achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets

Develop new fleet and institutional business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEM representatives

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and plan local marketing initiatives

Ensure team discipline, process adherence, and regular performance reviews

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA (preferred in Marketing or Sales)

8–12 years of automobile sales experience (at least 3 years in Commercial Vehicle segment)

Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills

Experience with Mahindra, Tata, or similar CV brands preferred
