General Manager - Operations

Role Overview: Zetwerk Electronics Private Limited is a prominent player in India's ESDM sector, with a presence in seven advanced factories and a production rate of two devices per second. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives across the plant. - Drive cost reduction projects, yield improvement, and waste elimination. - Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure compliance with IPC standards, ISO9001/14001, IATF16949, and customer requirements. - Assist in customer audits and certifications. - Optimize line balancing, cycle time, and throughput of SMT and assembly operations. - Ensure efficient capacity planning and resource utilization. - Provide coaching and guidance to plant staff on Lean & problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, Quality Tools). - Develop and monitor KPIs such as yield, scrap, rework, OEE, on-time delivery, and customer PPM. - Present performance metrics and improvement progress to leadership and customers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical preferred). - 15-20 years of experience in EMS / Electronics manufacturing (SMT, MI, Box Build). - Certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt is advantageous. - Profound knowledge of SMT processes, automation, testing, and quality systems. - Hands-on experience with problem-solving tools (5Why, Fishbone, DOE, SPC, FMEA). - Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Exposure to Industry 4.0, smart factory, and digital transformation is a plus.,
