General Manager - Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for GM Operations for Animal Feed Additive Plant. The GM will be responsible for end to end operations of the Unit with complete ownership to achieve operational excellence and contribute to overall business growth.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in any manufacturing or process industry with at least 2+ years’ experience in any managerial position. Food / Feed Industry experience would be preferred.

Education: Degree / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Science, Food Technologies, Production, Biochemical, Chemical.

Skills:

 Proven track record of success in driving growth, managing operations, and building high performing teams

 Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic thinking skills

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

 Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
