Ace Automation is engaged in manufacturing and supplying high-quality animal feed enzymes, premixes, and nutritional products. We operate a modern blending facility equipped to deliver consistent, high-precision output for the animal nutrition industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Engineer to oversee and manage end-to-end production operations at our blending facility. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in production management, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities for enzyme, premix, and nutritional blend manufacturing
• Operate and monitor blending machinery (e.g., Paddle Mixer, Ribbon Blender, related equipment)
• Ensure process control, batch accuracy, and adherence to SOPs
• Coordinate with QA/QC to maintain quality standards
• Maintain production logs, batch records, and documentation
• Implement safety standards and maintain a clean working environment
• Plan material requirements and coordinate with the warehouse & procurement teams
• Troubleshoot process issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Supervise production staff and ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Industrial Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in production, preferably in Food / Feed / Pharma / Chemical manufacturing
• Knowledge of blending operations is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and handle production responsibilities

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of production processes
• Basic mechanical & equipment-handling skills
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, and hygiene standards
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset
