General Manager - Operations

As the Manufacturing Operations Manager in an Injection Moulding Industry, your role involves overseeing the overall manufacturing operations of the plant. You will be responsible for Plant Manufacturing Operations, which includes Production, Maintenance, and Tool Room. Your experience in managing a manufacturing-driven technical B2B business will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the safe operations of the plant while meeting all regulatory compliance requirements. - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the plant and oversee their implementation to drive operational efficiency. - Work towards meeting production growth targets and sales plans set by the company. - Review and enhance the quality standards of the manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output. - Monitor maintenance plans and manage capital expenditure plans for each site to ensure optimal operational performance. - Drive operations, cost savings, continuous improvement, and manufacturing productivity initiatives within the organization. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, CIPET, or Tools & Dies. - MBA qualification would be an added advantage for this role.
