Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive Location: Chennai Experience: 3-5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Inside Sales Executive with 35 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering product demos, closing deals, and collaborating with marketing teams to maximize lead conversions. Fluency in Hindi is essential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and tailored product demos to potential clients. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase customer value. Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns (email and LinkedIn marketing). Identify, engage, and nurture prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Track and report sales performance metrics and pipeline development. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Ensure prompt follow-up and effective communication with prospects and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role. Proven track record of closing sales and achieving revenue growth targets. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, tech, or service-based industries. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
