General Manager Operations

You will be working as a General Manager Production in a Pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing unit located in Bavla, Gujarat. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient management of resources. This includes developing and implementing GMP policies, managing production activities with a focus on quality and GMP norms, leading teams, and aligning operations with company objectives. Additionally, you will handle production planning, human resource alignment, budgeting, and optimizing operational performance. To qualify for this role, you should hold a minimum Pharmacy Graduate or Post Graduate degree with at least 20 years of experience in OSD production, including 7-10 years at a senior position in a Pharmaceutical OSD production facility. You must possess excellent skills in General Management, Operations Management, OSD Formulations development, troubleshooting, and technology transfer. Proficiency in Budgeting, financial planning, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential. An MBA or related Master's degree is preferred. Being based in Gujarat, preferably in Ahmedabad, and having resources to form and lead a professional team are advantageous. You should also be able to work on-site in Bavla to fulfill the responsibilities effectively.,
