General Manager Operations

In this role as a General Manager - Operations, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Operations Leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the design and production teams to maintain alignment with committed timelines for your cohort/city. You will also manage internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, and Installer teams to provide necessary support for meeting customer promised timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Own the customer experience post-booking of the project until handover. - Serve as the highest point of escalation for your region, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and successful project completion. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate swift issue resolution and empower team members to address on-ground problems effectively. - Act as a people manager to empower the existing team and recruit top talent to strengthen the regional team. - Ensure team adherence to defined process SOPs and standards for a consistent customer experience. - Responsible for Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and swift resolution of customer escalations. Qualifications Required: - Preferred educational background includes NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools. - 7 to 12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries. - Demonstrated people management skills with direct team reporting experience. - Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills. - Structured thought process and strong analytical ability. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience in managing strategic alliances and business partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants to maximize project reach.
