Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Operations located in Gurugram. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling budgeting. The role includes directing activities of operations management, maintaining operational efficiency, and setting strategic goals. Qualifications Proven skills in General Management and Operations Management Strong experience in Customer Service and Team Management Proficient in Budgeting and financial planning Excellent leadership and organizational abilities Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Experience in the luxury industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
