General Manager - Operations

As the Manufacturing Operations Manager at an Injection Moulding Industry, you will be tasked with overseeing the overall manufacturing operations of the plant. This includes managing Production, Maintenance, and the Tool Room. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You should have experience in managing a manufacturing-driven technical B2B business. It will be your duty to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe manner while also meeting all regulatory compliance requirements. Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the plant and overseeing their implementation will be crucial in your role. Meeting production growth targets and sales plans will be essential to drive the success of the plant. You will also be expected to review and enhance quality standards to maintain high levels of product quality. Monitoring maintenance plans and managing capital expenditure plans for each site will fall under your purview. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects such as operations management, cost savings initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and enhancing manufacturing productivity.
