Role Description

General Manager - Operations (B2C)

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to learn our fleet management tools and booking processes
• At least 5 years of experience managing operations within the ground transportation industry
• Prior experience in overseeing the movement of high-profile clients
• Ability to lead large teams, manage distributed fleets, and execute operations across multiple cities
• Track record of operational and moral excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
