We are a security services organization with over 43 years of expertise in providing professional guarding solutions. We are looking for seasoned Ex-Servicemen who bring leadership, discipline, and operational experience to manage our field operations across Delhi and NCR. Key Responsibilities Supervise and oversee daily operations across multiple security sites. Manage deployment schedules, shift planning, and duty rosters for security personnel. Maintain high standards of discipline, appearance, and conduct across all guard teams. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, address feedback, and resolve operational concerns promptly. Conduct surprise inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company SOPs. Prepare incident reports, manage corrective actions, and coordinate with authorities when required. Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new security staff. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with company standards. Candidate Profile Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, or Para-Military Forces. Rank preference: Colonel, Group Captain, Captain, or equivalent . 5–10 years of experience in security operations post-retirement (preferred). Strong leadership and people management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and local regulations.
