Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profit & loss, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, controlling food costs, and supervising food production. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profit & Loss Management:
  • Monitor and control restaurant budgets, revenue, and expenses.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular P&L reports to management.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Food Production & Cost Control:
  • Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate with chefs on menu planning.
  • Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and vendor relationships.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve staff performance and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, food cost control, and operational processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
