Job Title: Commis 1 – Continental Location: Shahpur Jat, Delhi Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (Depending on experience and knowledge) Type: Full-time | Cloud Kitchen Setup Accommodation: Available within the kitchen premises (for outstation candidates) Preference: Local candidates preferred About the Role: We are hiring a skilled and passionate Commis 1 – Continental to join our cloud kitchen in Shahpur Jat . The candidate will work closely with the head chef to prepare and deliver high-quality continental dishes as per kitchen standards. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cloud kitchen environment is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipe and standard portion sizes. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently met. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Assist in daily mise-en-place and stock checks. Follow food safety and sanitation protocols. Support senior chefs in kitchen operations and prep work. Requirements: Proven experience as Commis 1 or equivalent in a continental kitchen. Basic understanding of modern cooking techniques and continental cuisine. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior chefs. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak hours. Must be punctual, reliable, and hardworking. Additional Information: Local candidates preferred for ease of commute.
