Job Description

We are urgently hiring an Experienced Continental Chef for our restaurant operations in Chennai. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in Continental cuisine and who are immediate joiners are highly preferred. This is a high-salary Continental Chef job suitable for professionals from restaurant, hotel, or QSR backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental cuisine including Italian dishes, pastas, sauces, grills, salads, and appetizers
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance
• Handle kitchen operations, inventory control, and food cost management
• Follow SOPs, HACCP, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with restaurant kitchen team for smooth service

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Continental Chef / Senior Continental Chef
• Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques
• Experience in restaurant / hotel / QSR kitchen
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
