As the General Manager for a wedding and events property, your role involves overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient performance, and profitable growth. You will be responsible for managing lodging, food and beverage services, event coordination, staffing, and maintenance while upholding the property's high standards of service and presentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a diverse team, recruit and train staff, and foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality. - Oversee the planning and flawless execution of weddings and special events, collaborating closely with couples, planners, and vendors to deliver memorable experiences. - Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis to achieve revenue goals. - Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote the property's event offerings, establish vendor relationships, and enhance brand presence. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, manage guest feedback, and continually enhance service quality.
