Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: · Oversee all aspects of daily hotel and resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, spa, and recreation. · Ensure smooth coordination between departments to provide guests with a seamless and memorable experience. · Maintain brand standards, property presentation, and service excellence. Financial & Strategic Management: · Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures. · Maximize profitability through efficient operations, revenue management, and occupancy optimization. · Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. Guest Experience: · Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through attentive service and personalized experiences. · Manage guest relations, handle complaints professionally, and maintain a strong reputation for quality and hospitality. · Oversee online reputation and coordinate with marketing to strengthen brand presence. Human Resources & Team Development: · Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to achieve operational goals. · Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement. · Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented culture among all employees. Sales & Marketing: · Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand recognition. · Develop partnerships, promotions, and local community relations to attract guests. · Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Compliance & Safety: · Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. · Oversee maintenance and sustainability initiatives to preserve property standards. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration , or related field (Master’s preferred). · Minimum 3–5 years of progressive management experience in hotel or resort operations, with at least 1 - 2 years in a General Manager or Executive role . · Proven track record in achieving operational, financial, and service excellence goals. · Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills. · Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
