We are India's leading political consulting organization, dedicated to providing high-quality professional support for political campaigns. We strongly believe that the nation will best benefit from an enlightened political leadership in the form of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and are proud to have previously contributed in a similar capacity in the momentous election campaigns of 2014, 2019, and 2024, as well as various state elections.

Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results not as an end in itself, but to add to the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India. Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for the Prime Minister's messages and actions.

We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals—including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates—with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Communications & Narrative Development:

  Develop and execute compelling communication strategies and narratives for political, policy, and election campaigns.

• Digital Strategy & Advertising:

  Oversee digital advertising strategy and execution with the relevant team, using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.

• Content Ideation & Oversight:

  Build and lead a team of creators to produce a high volume of engaging and platform-native content (from ideation to final deliverable), including

  Shorts and long-form videos

  .

• Channel Growth & SEO:

  Drive subscriber growth and viewership by optimizing videos for the YouTube algorithm (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) and analyzing performance metrics.

• Audience Analytics:

  Dive deep into YouTube Studio analytics to understand audience retention, traffic sources and demographics, using insights to inform future content.

• Content Innovation:

  Stay ahead of YouTube trends, experiment with new formats (e.g., live streams, premieres, community posts) and analyze competitor channels.

• Creator Collaborations:

  Identify and build relationships with relevant YouTube creators to collaborate on projects and expand the reach.

• Crisis Communication Preparedness:

  Develop and support the implementation of crisis communication plans as needed, ensuring timely and effective response management.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies and other stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Political Acumen:

  Deep understanding of Indian politics, history, socio-economic issues, and current affairs.

• Professional Experience:

  8-10 years in communications, video production or channel management, ideally in media (journalism, news reporting), a PR/communications agency, public affairs, or a political/advocacy setting, with

  demonstrable success in growing and managing a significant YouTube channel

  . A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.

• YouTube Expertise:

  You are an expert on all things YouTube. You have a deep understanding of the

  YouTube algorithm, content strategy and SEO

  .

• Video Storytelling:

  Strong ability to craft compelling political narratives for video, from scripting to guiding the final edit. Experience in news reporting or documentary production is a plus.

• Project Management:

  Skilled in managing video production workflows, creative teams (editors, creators), and project timelines.

• Adaptability & Resilience:

  Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.

• Proactive & Hands-On Approach:

  Willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get work done, even when it is outside the direct scope of the job, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Exceptional Communication Skills:

  Strong ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for diverse audiences. Excellent English and Hindi written and verbal skills.

• Familiarity with Analytics Tools:

  Understanding of YouTube Studio is essential.
