General Manager- Liquor Brewery

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and alignment with business goals. This leadership role requires strong operational expertise, people management skills, and a proven background in the beer manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily brewery operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Increase production capacity, optimize resources, and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
• Implement strategic initiatives and provide clear direction to teams.
• Monitor operations, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing plant workforce.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement systems for tracking productivity, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve product quality concerns.
• Manage plant budgets, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Drive process improvements, innovation, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency.
• Handle employee concerns and maintain positive industrial relations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Beer Manufacturing Industry, preferably as Assistant Plant Head/Operations Head/Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of brewery production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Experience in process optimization, cost control, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and communication software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
