Role & responsibilities

ERP Development & Ownership

• Lead ERP architecture, design, development, customization, and integration.
• Actively review and guide ERP code and technical designs.
• Provide hands-on support for complex ERP issues, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure ERP performance, scalability, data integrity, and security.
• Work closely with business teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing) to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Programming & Technical Expertise

• Hands-on knowledge of

  Java, Spring framework, and Hibernate

  for ERP development.
• Strong understanding of

  front-end technologies

  such as Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Expertise in

  database design and optimization

  using MySQL and MSSQL.
• Ability to mentor teams through code reviews, best practices, and architectural decisions.

IT Infrastructure & Networking

• Oversee servers, storage, data centers, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Manage enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Information Security & Compliance

• Ensure IT systems comply with ISO 9001, AS 9100D, and internal QMS requirements.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, access management, data protection, and backups.
• Support internal and external audits related to IT systems.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and mentor ERP, IT infrastructure, and networking teams.
• Define IT policies, SOPs, and governance standards.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Serve as the key IT advisor to senior management.
