Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Overseeing the overall strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
Managing IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
Leading and mentoring the IT team to achieve departmental goals.
Ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Collaborating with other departments to align IT solutions with business needs.
Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
