Key responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Drive institution-wide digital transformation initiatives using AI, cloud, and automation.
  
• Develop a roadmap for implementing advanced technologies to improve academic and administrative efficiency.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, ML, RPA, analytics, IoT) for adoption across campuses.
  

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Analytics

• Implement AI-driven tools for smart classrooms, personalized learning, and student performance analytics.
  
• Deploy chatbots, automated helpdesks, and AI-enabled administrative workflows.
  
• Establish predictive analytics dashboards for admissions, attendance, performance tracking, and operations.
  

3. Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure

• Manage cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for ERP, LMS, data storage, and computing.
  
• Oversee cloud migrations, cost optimization, security controls, and high-availability setups.
  
• Implement hybrid cloud models across campuses for scalability and standardization.
  

4. IT Infrastructure & Network Management

• Oversee campus-wide networks, secure Wi-Fi, servers, firewalls, and AV systems.
  
• Implement SD-WAN, centralized monitoring, and cloud-managed network solutions.
  
• Ensure robust uptime, scalability, and reliability across all institutions.
  

5. ERP, SIS & Automation Systems

• Implement AI-powered ERP/SIS solutions for admissions, exams, attendance, finance, HR, and academics.
  
• Automate repetitive administrative functions using RPA and workflow automation tools.
  
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, LMS, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  

6. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Implement next-gen security tools: AI-based threat detection, SOC monitoring, endpoint protection.
  
• Develop data privacy frameworks, zero-trust architecture, and secure access controls.
  
• Conduct security audits, incident response planning, and compliance checks.
  

7. IT Operations & Support

• Lead multi-campus IT teams and ensure SLA-driven support systems.
  
• Implement AI-based monitoring tools for proactive issue detection.
  
• Standardize processes and IT service delivery across all campuses.
  

8. Vendor Management & Procurement

• Evaluate and onboard vendors offering AI, cloud, and EdTech solutions.
  
• Manage contracts, licenses, subscriptions, and tech partnerships.
  
• Optimize costs through centralized procurement across institutions.
