Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a General Manager, located in Kohima. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating activities across various departments, developing and implementing strategic plans, and maintaining financial oversight. The role also involves maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in strategic planning and financial management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service and guest relations expertise
Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
Relevant experience in hotel management or a similar role is required
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
