b) Responsible to Manage & Grow the Business Sales & Marketing efforts progressively on Year on Year Basis.
c) Growing the Top Line by maintaining healthy P&L
d) Guide and Lead Sales, Marketing, Operations and Service team including zonal & channel partners.
e) Must be able to discuss with Consultants and Clients related to our Upcoming Projects, Application Engineering of KAVERI Products and systems.
f) Set targets for the Marketing and Service teams with cost & budget controls with strategies to achieve them via-a-vis competition.
g) Must be able to forecast demand, generate enquiries & strong follow-up to close orders
h) Take necessary actions for realising Payments & maintain healthy cash flow
