Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing General Manager – Sales, Marketing & Operations to lead the cattle feed vertical across Punjab, Haryana & Rajasthan. The ideal candidate must have deep experience in cattle feed/animal nutrition, proven team leadership, and the capability to drive rapid multi-state expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Build and strengthen a robust distributor/dealer network across Punjab, Haryana & Rajasthan.
• Lead farmer engagement programs—vet camps, demos, rural activations, and awareness initiatives.
• Plan and execute rural marketing campaigns (farm visits, exhibitions, village promotions).
• Collaborate with R&D and nutrition teams to align marketing with scientific product positioning.
• Ensure smooth supply chain, logistics efficiency, and steady product availability across regions.
• Lead, train, and monitor a large sales team (Zonal, Regional, Area & Territory Managers).
• Track competitor activity, seasonal buying trends, and farmer demand patterns to refine strategy.
• Provide senior management with accurate forecasts, MIS reports, and business growth plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Animal Nutrition, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or Business Administration.
• 10–15 years’ proven experience in Cattle Feed / Animal Nutrition industry (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in rural distribution, dairy farmer ecosystem, and multi-state channel management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large field teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build long-term trust with farmers, veterinarians, and distributors.
