State Head - Sales and Marketing (Cattle Feed) Punjab

As the State Head in Punjab for Twaomev Cattle Feed, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cattle feed operations in the state. Your role will encompass overseeing sales, distribution, P&L, and team leadership. Your primary focus will be to enhance Twaomev's presence in Punjab by expanding distribution networks, increasing sales, and ensuring consistent growth. Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of the entire cattle feed sales & distribution network in Punjab. - Strengthen distributor, super-stockist, and dealer channels throughout the state. - Provide direct supervision and guidance to a large team of ASMs, Sales Officers, and Territory Executives. - Develop and implement state-level sales strategies to achieve volume, growth, and profitability targets. - Own the full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, collections, and adherence to credit policies. - Organize farmer awareness programs, cattle nutrition campaigns, and brand-building initiatives. - Keep a close watch on competitor feed brands, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide insights to the Head Office. - Ensure distributor profitability and long-term farmer relationships are key drivers of growth. - Collaborate with the Head Office on supply chain, production, marketing, and reporting activities. Requirements: - A degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, or Business. MBA qualification is preferred. - 10-15 years of proven sales leadership experience specifically in the cattle feed industry. - Strong skills in managing state-level teams, developing distributors, and overseeing rural markets. - Track record of successfully scaling sales and capturing significant market share. - Financial acumen to handle credit, collections, and distributor accounts effectively. - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. - Ready to travel extensively across Punjab.
